The course is designed to expands upon your current knowledge and understanding of the health, social care, and wellbeing sector, by now considering the industry from a different perspective. The modules are designed for you to reflect on your own leadership styles and qualities and review your current practice. This final year will prepare you to adapt to the ongoing changes happening in this dynamic sector.<br/><br/>Applicants must be working in a Health Care setting and should have been employed within that setting for at least two years. Applicants must be involved in at least 12 hours / week of activity within the setting.<br/>Applicants must have a current and valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) report.
