These courses give you the opportunity to complete specialist studies which are directly relevant to roles within the Electrical/Electronic and in some cases Mechatronic sectors.<br/><br/>The Pearson HNC/D Electrical and Electronic Engineering Diploma courses, delivered in our well-equipped labs, are a great place to learn about a wide variety of subjects and topic areas. The subjects studied will give you a very good grounding and are delivered in both a theoretical and practical way. The equipment used in the labs is industry standard and most of the software/simulation packages used are the same as those used in industry.<br/><br/>The Higher National Certificate (HNC) is studied at Level 4 and is suitable for people who want to consolidate or improve their knowledge and who wish to gain a nationally recognised qualification. The HNC is generally a natural progression from BTEC Level 3, however other routes onto it are possible. The Pearson Higher National Certificate (HNC) is suitable for people who are currently working in or hoping to work in a technical and/or managerial role in their chosen field. It is delivered as a part time day release course and takes 2 years to complete.
