**Build on your expertise as a qualified nurse. You’ll specialise as a district nurse on this practical course.**<br/><br/>If you’re a qualified adult nurse, this qualification will enable you to specialise as a district nurse and register as a specialist practitioner in district nursing and community practitioner nurse prescribing with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC).<br/><br/>As part of this course, you’ll:<br/><br/><br/>- Prepare to use your discretion and judgement to make high-level clinical decisions in the management and provision of quality care<br/><br/><br/>- Learn how to apply your knowledge and practical experience in-line with the NMCs core standards for safe and effective specialist practice.
