When you graduate from this course, you can become a CIPD Associate Member and use the designation Assoc CIPD. You may also be eligible to become a CIPD Chartered Member or CIPD Chartered Fellow, depending on your experience.<br/><br/>You’ll enhance your academic capabilities and management aspirations as you study for a postgraduate award. On completion, you’ll be prepared to commence or further your career in human resource management.<br/><br/>Research-led teaching<br/>Our teaching is informed by research and professional practice.
