You’ll need to already have achieved a postgraduate diploma in human resource management, and membership of the CIPD at Level 7. <br/><br/>Research-led teaching<br/>Our teaching is informed by research and professional practice. Specialist dissertation tutors will teach research methods and support you to identify and refine your dissertation topic. Your dissertation supervisor will work with you on a one-to-one basis to help you produce your dissertation proposal and final thesis. <br/><br/>The academic community<br/>You’ll be encouraged to participate in the academic and practitioner communities by attending academic conferences, CIPD conferences and events, and the Leeds Business School Guest Lecture programme.
