This programme aims to help lecturers, mentors, teaching assistants and other workers in education develop their knowledge of educational practice. You will gain the knowledge, skills and abilities required to have a positive impact on the way people learn and develop an awareness of the key issues in current educational practice.

You will design, plan and undertake a secondary research project on an aspect of education that interests you the most. This will develop essential transferable skills such as project management and research skills.
