This foundation degree (FdEng) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering has been developed by Solihull College and Oxford Brookes University, to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for a technical or management career in the electrical and electronic engineering industry.<br/><br/>This programme offers flexible learning patterns. It enables students with a relevant Level 3 qualification in an Electrical and Electronic Engineering subject, or equivalent, to obtain a FdEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. If desired, it is then possible to progress to a BSc(Hons) programme in Electronic Engineering and practice in a career as an Incorporated Engineer (IEng).<br/><br/>The course has been developed to meet the industrys increasing demand for employees with the right vocational knowledge and skills. Graduates from the programme will have a wider and deeper range of skills that will help them progress in the workplace or to continue their studies to a higher-level degree course.
