Intercalating with Psychology At the end of second or third year, Medical and Dental students may apply to take a year out of their studies to intercalate. This extra research-focused year will lead to either a BSc Psychology (Intercalated) or a MSc Psychology of Performance Enhancement in Sport and Health* qualification.
