With personalised mentoring, you’ll graduate with the skills and confidence to become an agile and resilient global business leader.<br/><br/>**How You Learn**<br/><br/>All our courses are designed around a set of key principles based on engaging you with the world, collaborating with others, challenging you to think in new ways, and providing you with a supportive environment in which you can thrive. <br/><br/>To be a successful global business leader, you need insights from differing professional and industrial perspectives. You’ll gain this knowledge and experience by studying fundamental subjects within 9 integrated modules – consisting of 8 core modules and 1 elective module. At the beginning, you’ll take part in a two-day study block to introduce you to the competencies needed to complete the MBA. You’ll work with an expert mentor to design a personal development programme. They’ll guide your progress – helping you to gain the maximum benefit from the MBA and to achieve your leadership goals.<br/><br/>You will be supported in your learning journey through a number of key areas. These include:<br/><br/><br/>- access to our unique student support triangle to help with your personal, academic and career development<br/><br/><br/>- access to our Skills Centre with one-to-ones, webinars and online resources, where you can get help with planning and structuring your assignments<br/><br/><br/>- industry-specific employability activities such as live consultancy projects, learning in simulated environments and networking opportunities<br/><br/><br/>**Applied learning**<br/><br/>Live projects: <br/><br/>You’ll gain essential practical and project management experience during a two-week work-based consultancy project. This enables you to consolidate all of your learning – putting it into practice by completing a real or simulated project for an organisation in the UK.<br/><br/>Networking opportunities: <br/><br/>During the course, you’ll be able to attend guest lectures from leading industry experts who provide unique insights into business and management. You’ll also be able to develop shared learning, business contacts and networking opportunities through your placement experiences, peers, teaching staff and industry experts.<br/><br/>Optional work placement: <br/><br/>Towards the end of the course, you can also choose to complete an industry placement lasting up to 12 months. We’ll help you to gain a placement by running CV and interview skills workshops. And if you’re successful in gaining a placement, we’ll; provide support while you’re on the placement.
