It is designed to develop your career in higher education, both in terms of effectiveness in your role and your career progression.<br/><br/>**How you learn:**<br/>All our courses are designed around a set of key principles based on engaging you with the world, collaborating with others, challenging you to think in new ways, and providing you with a supportive environment in which you can thrive.<br/><br/>The course is led by academic staff from the Sheffield Institute of Education. You learn through lectures, including some by visiting professionals, an observation of your professional practice, one-to-one support and feedback tailored to your area of practice.
