These placements take place in hospitals and homes across the region. Youll be supported throughout your placements by practice supervisors and practice assessors. You’ll apply your theoretical study directly to your practice setting — where you’ll work on real cases.<br/><br/>Nurses are an integral part of a multidisciplinary team. In some modules, you will learn and collaborate with students from other health and social care courses. This approach will help you to deliver person-centred care with an understanding of how other professionals contribute to the persons journey through health and social care services.
