Your future employers are seeking skills that we develop with you, meaning that you leave us with experiences that should give you an edge at interview and in the workplace.<br/><br/>**Challenge Norms**<br/><br/>Most of what you study will be anchored to today’s business world, but we will support you to challenge assumptions and make relevant management decisions. By referring to top companies and emerging sectors such as cognitive science, financial innovation and data analytics you will be well placed to focus and develop your career.<br/><br/>Foundation Year courses have been designed for students who do not have the necessary academic qualifications needed to enter directly into the first year of a degree but who have the ability and commitment to do so. Once the Foundation Year has been completed successfully, you can then go on to complete your degree.
