Moreover, it is complimentary for those undertaking or who have completed an alternative route into teaching, such as the QTS Direct Assessment Only route or the SCITT route. These two key elements make effective practitioners.<br/><br/><br/>The first module, Raising the Achievement of Learners, aims to develop your knowledge and understanding of the enabling factors and barriers that impact learners’ achievement. The second module, Quality teaching in Educational Settings, focuses on the principles of quality teaching, underpinned by research and learning theories. Both of these courses empower you to implement theoretical learning into real-world teaching contexts.<br/><br/>**Modules**<br/>The two core modules will allow you to focus on the relevant theory, research and practice which will enhance your knowledge and understanding of key areas in educational contexts. The assessment methods have been specifically chosen for you to interweave this knowledge of theory, research and practice with the intention of impacting positively on the practice in your context.
