If you want to work with companion animals and their owners to improve their wellbeing, and would thrive in an environment that is challenging, varied but immensely rewarding, this is the course for you.<br/><br/>You will:<br/><br/><br/>- study a course delivered by a supportive, small team of experts who will guide you with your studies to ensure that you achieve your professional and personal goals<br/><br/><br/>- apply theory to practice in our clinical suite - equipped with a range of veterinary equipment and training manikins - throughout your studies<br/><br/><br/>- develop your clinical skills in a veterinary training practice<br/><br/><br/>- be mentored in practice by a Clinical Coach during your 16-week placement blocks and be supported by a Clinical Placement Support Tutor from the University Veterinary Nursing Team.<br/><br/><br/>Key course features:<br/>- On programme completion, you will be eligible to apply for registration with the RCVS, and use the post-nominal letters RVN.<br/><br/><br/>- Be part of a small collaborative learning community with staff and students.<br/><br/><br/>- Teaching sessions are based on student-centred methods within a practical environment.<br/><br/><br/>- This course is provisionally accredited by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)*<br/>
