We are able to deliver prospective student leads from our platform directly into an institution's desired app or Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) in near-real-time. Onboard in three steps, see what arrives, and find help below.
Supported CRMs:
Using a different CRM? Visit our Integrations page and fill in the form at the bottom to let us know which app you'd like Uni Compare to integrate with.
How to onboard
Generate the credentials in your CRM's admin interface, see "Integrations — what to provide" for step-by-step instructions per CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azorus, or GeckoEngage).
Generate a one-time encrypted link using our secrets page, then email the link to your Uni Compare client success contact.
We confirm receipt, set up your integration, and run a short joint test session before going live, see "Testing before going live" for what to expect.
Support
Reach out to your client success manager for everything: onboarding, credential rotation, replays, mapping changes, or urgent incidents.
Otherwise, use the chat widget at the bottom-right of this page, or email clients@universitycompare.com. For our incident response targets and severity levels, please see our Service Level Agreement (SLA) article.

Frequently asked questions
Here are the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions when you're getting started.
How are duplicate leads handled?
How are duplicate leads handled?
Uni Compare deduplicates before delivery so that the same submission is never delivered to the same app at the same time, twice. However, if a prospect submits two different enquiries, for example one Request Info and one Clearing enquiry, both will be delivered because they are different submissions. If you still see what looks like a duplicate in your CRM after delivery, the cause is likely your CRM's duplicate-detection rules.
Can we ask for an extra field that is not currently delivered?
Can we ask for an extra field that is not currently delivered?
No, we can’t add additional fields at this time, to enable this to work for all institutions there must be some limitations, these are the fields we’re currently able to share. If this changes in future, we’ll communicate any updates accordingly.
What happens if our integration is temporarily unavailable?
What happens if our integration is temporarily unavailable?
The integration retries automatically within a short time period. However, there are limited retries, so if retries are exhausted, the lead is marked failed in our logs. If your specific feed is affected we will contact your named operational contact. No leads are silently dropped, every attempt is logged, and we can repeat any time window on request. You can at any time download the data as a CSV or XLSX file through your institution's dashboard.
How does the marketing flag work?
How does the marketing flag work?
The marketing flag (boolean) reflects the prospect's consent at the moment of form submission on universitycompare.com. The flag may be true or false.
If false, the lead is still delivered. Under PECR (UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations), do not enrol a marketing-flag-false contact in marketing nurture sequences or unsolicited marketing emails. Operational replies regarding the specific enquiry are fine, e.g. confirmation of prospectus order dispatch.
Uni Compare's own marketing communications are governed by a separate checkbox on the relevant forms and form a parallel relationship between the prospect and Uni Compare, they do not affect the marketing flag delivered to your CRM.
Is the integration one-way or two-way?
Is the integration one-way or two-way?
One-way (Uni Compare → your CRM). We do not currently read state back from your CRM. If you mark a lead as junk, unsubscribe a contact, or update their record, that change stays on your side and is not communicated back to Uni Compare.
Data protection
