Student Data Unlock gives students who click or call through your profile the option to share their details with your university. When they choose to do so, the interaction can become a contactable lead for your team to follow up.
How the product works
A student clicks or calls your institution through the profile.
They are given the option to share their data.
If they opt in, their details can become available as a lead.
Leads can feed into selected CRMs through a supported setup.
Data sharing is optional for the student. A click or call does not automatically mean the student has agreed to share their details.
Preparing for lead delivery
Student Data Unlock requires a Clearing Profile. Speak to Client Success to confirm activation and how your team will receive the leads.
If you want CRM delivery, discuss your chosen CRM and the relevant integration setup. Supported integrations can help reduce manual handling and make it easier for your team to follow up.
Using Data Unlock with the June Extension
The two products can work together to help you build relationships earlier. The June Extension provides early profile activity, while Data Unlock allows students to opt in to sharing their details after eligible interactions.
