This guide explains the assets, tracking link and approvals needed for your Regional Geo Bundle.
The Regional Geo Bundle combines retargeting, push notifications and SMS to support your Clearing campaign in a selected region. We write the campaign content and send it for approval, saving your team time across the different channels.
What we need from you
One UTM tracking link for the entire campaign.
The six banner sizes listed below.
Confirmation of the region agreed in your booking.
Approval of the campaign content we prepare.
A standalone pixel, if you choose to use one. This is optional but recommended.
Use a landing page that matches the regional campaign message and gives students a clear next step.
Banner sizes
Supply the following sizes, expressed as width × height in pixels:
Mobile Banner: 320 × 50.
Leaderboard: 728 × 90.
Wide Skyscraper: 160 × 600.
Medium Rectangle: 300 × 250.
Half-Page Skyscraper: 300 × 600.
Billboard: 970 × 250.
Use JPG, PNG or GIF files, with a maximum file size of 3.5MB per asset. The optimal size for JPG and PNG files is 750KB.

Content and campaign timing
We write the content for approval. If you would like changes, Client Success can explain any restrictions for each channel.
Regional campaigns typically start four to six weeks before Results Day. Your booking determines the region and schedule, including the planned SMS and push sends.
