January UCAS Deadline

This guide explains how to prepare your January UCAS Deadline campaign, including your tracking link, targeting preferences and creative assets.

Help students take their next step as the January UCAS deadline approaches. We write the campaign content for you and share it for approval, making it easier for your team to prepare activity during a busy recruitment period.

What we need from you

Please supply the following to prepare your campaign:

  • One UTM tracking link to a relevant application, course or deadline information page.

  • Your preferred geographic targeting, if you have particular regions in mind.

  • Retargeting assetsfor the activity included in your booking.

  • Any other channel-specific assets required, such as an email image where email is included.

Choose a destination page that clearly supports the action you want students to take. Please provide one tracking link for the campaign, rather than one per channel.

Content and approval

We create your campaign copy and send it to you for approval. Please check any references to courses, application information and dates before approving it.

If you want to supply your own copy, speak to your Client Success representative about the relevant channel limits and delivery deadlines. Changes may affect campaign performance, and content must not include competitor references.

Targeting and campaign preparation

Let us know which locations you would like to prioritise. If you do not provide a preference, we select the audience we believe is best suited to your campaign, which may include local and neighbouring regions.

Key information: the assets you need depend on the channels in your booking. Your Client Success representative can help you identify the relevant SMS, Push Notification, Email and retargeting specifications.
