This guide explains how to prepare your Audio Extension creative, accompanying images and tracking setup for Clearing.
Audio Extension gives students another way to hear your university’s message. We can write the script and create the audio for you, saving your team production time. You can also supply your own audio file.
What we need from you
One UTM tracking link to your landing page.
One logo at 640 × 640 pixels.
One square companion image at 640 × 640 pixels.
Implementation of the pixel we provide.
Your audio file, if supplying your own, or approval of our proposed script if we are creating the audio.
One video creative, where video is part of your booking.
Let Client Success know which production option you prefer. If supplying audio, confirm the delivery format and technical requirements before exporting your file.
Video specifications
Where video is included, supply a file meeting these requirements:
Length: 30 seconds or less.
Format: MOV or MP4.
Maximum file size: 500MB.
Aspect ratio: 9:16 portrait or 16:9 landscape.
HD dimensions: 720 × 1280 pixels for portrait, or 1280 × 720 pixels for landscape.
Audio levels: RMS −14 dBFS; peak −0.2 dBFS.
Sound: required; silent videos cannot be used.
Use the orientation-specific HD dimensions above. These exceed the stated minimum dimensions of 640 × 640 pixels.
Content approval and tracking
We prepare scripted content for your approval. Check that the message reflects your university and clearly explains the student’s next step.
Pixel implementation is highly recommended for Audio Extension. We provide the pixel for your website team to implement.
