They are the foundation of our understanding of a diverse range of subjects – from evolution, genetics and diversity to medicine, drug and human development.<br/><br/>On this course, you can choose to study medical biology or genetics and molecular biology.<br/><br/>You’ll graduate with the knowledge and practical skills you need to boost your employability, helping you stand out when seeking work. Practical studies will include a laboratory and/or field-based project, a data project or a systematic review. This might take place in a laboratory or an organisation outside the University.<br/><br/>This course is currently being revalidated for 25/26 entry. We are reviewing our modules to enhance the student-centred learning experience. This includes updating course content to meet industry needs and ensuring you develop the skills needed to become a future-proof graduate.<br/><br/>**Genetics and Molecular Biology pathway**<br/>Genomic technology offers an unparalleled understanding of life on earth.
