We have strong connections with industry, and you’ll have the option to do a placement year. Previous students have worked at NHS Digital, Sky and Rolls Royce. <br/><br/>Developing real-life usable software products, team projects, and presentations, will help you link theory to industry practice. Additionally, your master’s level research will equip you with the theoretical knowledge to carry out advanced projects or study in the future.<br/><br/>**Specialist facilities**<br/>You’ll have access to a range of resources. These will include a wide variety of software engineering tools, languages and environments. You’ll also be able to use our sandbox lab with full administrator rights, giving you the freedom to work on a range of technologies.
