Our recent guest speakers have included the Tower Hamlets Council public health team who shared their experience of community health promotion, as well as leaders from Latin America who spoke about political change.<br/><br/>**Modules featuring fieldwork**<br/><br/>We make the most of our London location with day trips around the city on many modules. Maybe you’ll head to Spitalfields market to examine urban consumption cultures. Or perhaps visit Walthamstow wetlands to see water engineering in action. Travelling to places like Boston and Belfast, you’ll also meet climate change activists and tech entrepreneurs.<br/><br/>We have a dedicated geography careers consultant who will help you boost your employability. Our graduates secure jobs at influential organisations such as Ordnance Survey, WWF and the UK Environment Agency. Environmental consultant, geographical information systems specialist, risk management officer – your degree in geography could take you in many different directions.<br/><br/>**This programme is accredited by the Royal Geographical Society (with the Institute of British Geographers).**

The minimum academic requirement is to achieve 60 credits overall, with 45 credits at Level 3, of which 15 credits must be at Distinction and 15 credits at Merit or higher.
