You will develop business awareness, exploring the history of organisations, environments, and the ways in which both have changed. You will examine how digital information communications technology (ICT) is managed within businesses, as well as exploring alternative strategies for managing ICT in modern organisations. You will learn to identify and analyse the key characteristics of contemporary new media such as Facebook and Twitter, gaining an in-depth understanding of the features of social media and how social media has impacted on society.
