International Human Resource Management MSc

The programme covers a wide range of HRM strategies, policies and procedures that organisations use to manage employees in both local and global contexts. You’ll also develop an understanding of the differences between HRM practices and employment systems of different countries and multinational organisations, and how they are influenced by economic, political and social factors.<br/><br/>You’ll share experiences with peers from all over the world, through workshops and activities, to develop professional and strategic thinking skills.<br/><br/>During the final phase of the programme, youll be able to self-select a project relating to international HRM. This can be used to highlight your acquired skillset to potential employers.
