Advanced Clinical Practice (ACP) is a level of practice that involves autonomy and decision-making, carried out by highly-experienced registered health practitioners. It is underpinned by Health Education England’s four pillars: clinical practice, leadership and management, education and research.<br/><br/>You will be surrounded by like-minded individuals which helps to build your multidisciplinary understanding and context. The course faculty is made up of more than 20 academics from a variety of professional backgrounds including doctors, nurses, paramedics, physiotherapists, physician associates, speech and language therapists, and researchers.<br/><br/>Three times a year the entire ACP cohort will meet in professional practice days, where you will learn in a multi-disciplinary setting what it means to be an Advanced Clinical Practitioner.<br/><br/>Five different pathways are available on the MSc:<br/>• Generic<br/><br/><br/><br/>• Critical Care<br/><br/><br/><br/>• Mental Health<br/><br/><br/><br/>• Advanced Musculoskeletal Practice<br/><br/><br/><br/>• Urgent and Emergency Care.<br/><br/><br/><br/>Three pathways available for the PgDip:<br/>• Generic<br/><br/><br/><br/>• Advanced Musculoskeletal Practice<br/><br/><br/><br/>• Urgent and Emergency Care<br/><br/>
