Conduct a research project, laying the foundations for future research work and clinical practice as an evidence-based practitioner.<br/><br/><br/><br/>• Emerging technologies: Cover the latest theoretical and clinical developments relating to diagnostic imaging to better meet society’s changing demographic health needs by using emerging technologies and more innovative and creative working practices.<br/><br/><br/><br/>• Promising Career: LSBU Health and Social Care graduates are the second highest paid amongst all London Modern university graduates, and the sixth highest in the UK one year after graduating (DfE LEO data 2022). <br/><br/><br/><br/><strong>Accreditation</strong><br/>The MSc Diagnostic Imaging offered by London South Bank University was approved by the College of Radiographers for a period of five years, from 12/2020 to 12/2025 inclusive.<br/><br/><strong>Building your qualification</strong><br/>This post-registration programme in Diagnostic Imaging is intentionally flexible; modules may be studied in any order and at your pace (provided all modules for an award are completed within a six year timeframe).<br/><br/>Youll meet with your personal tutor/course director each semester to discuss module choice and review your progress.<br/><br/><strong>MSc qualification</strong><br/><br/><br/>• Two mandatory modules, plus the dissertation<br/><br/><br/><br/>• Build the rest of your qualification (180 credits) from range of specialist and generalist modules<br/><br/><br/><br/><strong>PgDip qualification</strong><br/><br/><br/>• Two mandatory modules<br/><br/><br/><br/>• Build the rest of your qualification (120 credits) from range of specialist and generalist modules<br/><br/><br/><br/><strong>PgCert qualification</strong><br/><br/><br/>• One mandatory module<br/><br/><br/><br/>• Build the rest of qualification (60 credits) from range of specialist and generalist modules<br/><br/><br/><br/><strong>Module-by-module CPPD</strong><br/><br/>Flexible module-by-module study through CPPD route, take a single module at-a-time building up to the above qualifications.<br/>Students on this course could be eligible to receive a non-repayable amount of up to £11,000 per academic year with the NHS Learning Support Fund.
