You’ll examine issues of global concern, including environmental hazards and disasters, sustainability, resource management, migration, and globalisation. There is a focus on employing cutting-edge technologies such as geographical information systems (GIS), unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and remote sensing equipment to manage human and natural resources.

Our uniquely positioned, rural Brackenhurst Campus acts as an outdoor classroom where you can put your learning directly into practice and gain a wealth of practical-based skills. It’s only a short hop to the bright lights of Nottingham city centre though, so you really do get the best of both worlds.
