The West London Institute of Technology (WLIoT) is a specialist higher education institution offering higher level technical qualifications at Levels 4 and 5 in STEM subjects, specifically focusing on Construction, Digital and Engineering. Students can gain university-level qualifications with the opportunity to progress onto a Level 6 degree at university or transition directly into employment.<br/><br/>The West London Institute of Technology was established in September 2019 in partnership with Brunel University London, West London Business, Fujitsu and Heathrow Airport and is based out of HRUC’s (Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge Colleges), Uxbridge Campus. It was one of the first 12 specialist government-backed Institutes of Technology (IoTs) in the UK. Students can sign up for high-quality technical programmes that are all tailored to developing education levels as well as the required skills for university enrolment. At WLIoT, students can choose from a range of affordable courses packed with top-class technical study and support.<br/><br/>Specialist facilities with dedicated classrooms, workshops, and highly technical kit, as used in industry, give students the environment and equipment they need to learn. Classes are kept small to ensure more focussed learning time, developing the specific skills that businesses require. Students also have their own building, exclusive to WLIoT, with a lounge area and study pods to encourage group work and meeting like-minded people.
WLIoT is a part of the HRUC (Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge Colleges), and is located in Uxbridge College. Learning on campus takes place in specialist, technical workshops, and is complete with the latest technology in Engineering.
Spread across Uxbridge and Hayes, the campus is a short walk from Hayes & Harlington and Uxbridge Tube stations, and just a train ride away from central London.

The West London Institute of Technology (WLIoT) is based out of Harrow College and Uxbridge College’s Uxbridge Campus. Depending on the course of study, students may study at Harrow College's two modern campuses based in north-west London, Harrow on the Hill and Harrow Weald, both of which offer dedicated Learning Resource Centres and a combined total of 1,300 computers.
Both campuses are compact and friendly, with all the facilities and resources students could need within a 5-minute walk. As well as the campuses themselves, students can explore the area's deep history with Northweald Airdrome just a short journey away and steeped in WW2 history.
Those studying STEM courses will attend Uxbridge College’s Uxbridge Campus which has dedicated library, IT and audio-visual resources to support students' studies. Uxbridge boasts a lively social scene, with beautiful cafes and restaurants, as well as stylish bars and night clubs. Everything a student needs as they settle into the London lifestyle.
Tuition Fees cover the core elements of your education including the teaching, the materials you use in lessons, any mandatory trips and fees to be paid to the awarding organisations. Tuition fees are individually calculated dependant on the course you choose.
