Advancing Practice MSc

The MSc Advancing Practice course will equip you with contemporary knowledge to take forward the rapidly changing healthcare agenda, and make a positive difference. If you are an experienced registered nurse, midwife or health professional looking to develop a higher level of knowledge and skills required for specialist and advanced practice, then this course is for you.<br/><br/>The five routes within this programme prepare for a range of people and situations to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care at a higher level of practice. You will explore professional and clinical implications of working as an autonomous practitioner and develop the leadership skills to advance and lead new innovative healthcare services.<br/><br/>The five routes are: Clinical Practice, District Nursing, Health Visiting, Nursing (only route available to international students) and School Nursing.
