Through a combination of classroom-based learning and practical experience, you’ll gain a detailed understanding of every aspect of the hotel business, as well as exposure to the workings of a five-star venue.<br/><br/>You will have the opportunity to develop practical and professional skills from the ground up. This includes exposure to industry experts from all areas of the hotel and hospitality industry, through on-job training, interactive workshops and individual coaching sessions. This practical learning is underpinned by theory, so you will also learn about concepts of hospitality operations and management at USWs Newport campus.
