About this course<br/><br/>Explore Oceanography at a global top 100* university.<br/>Over this one year course you will study at the National Oceanography Centre Southampton (NOCS), home to one of the largest groups of marine and earth scientists in the world.<br/>You will be provided with a broad foundation in marine science through an interdisciplinary introductory module. You will then have the opportunity to specialise in particular areas through a choice of modules covering topics ranging across marine biology, oceanography, climate, biogeochemistry, geology and geophysics before undertaking a research project on a topic of your choosing.<br/><br/>Your future career<br/><br/>This course offers flexible module choice and the opportunity to build your skills and experience on a research project in an area you have chosen. Youll graduate primed to start your career or to continue your exploration in research.
