MRes Wildlife Conservation is globally unique as the only Master of Research run collaboratively with a conservation organisation.<br/><br/>This collaborative programme is jointly delivered by the University of Southampton and Marwell Wildlife, an action-orientated conservation organisation dedicated to the conservation of biodiversity and other natural resources. Youll develop the knowledge and skills needed to become a conservation biologist, helping you to protect the future of our wildlife.<br/><br/>Your future career <br/>You will develop the skills, experiences, and knowledge needed to become a 21st century conservation Biologist, graduating with a supportive network of experts in the field who can help you propel your career.<br/><br/>Key features of this course<br/><br/>At Southampton you will:<br/>- be based at Marwell zoo two days a week during the taught part of the programme, gaining built-in experience in a conservation organisation before graduating<br/><br/><br/>- embark on a 12 day field-course to Kenya, included as part of the course and course fees<br/><br/><br/>- fulfill an independent research project that delivers real impact on conservation efforts worldwide.<br/><br/><br/>Further information<br/><br/>You’ll need a degree In a relevant subject, such as Biology, Ecology, Environmental Sciences, Geography or Zoology.
