We live in a world of poly-crises, from war and conflict to climate change and sustainability. Human rights are challenged on multiple occasions.<br/><br/>In this MA, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge to help you negotiate some of these issues by:<br/><br/><br/>- exploring the role of governmental, inter-governmental and non-governmental agencies, private enterprises and international bodies in world politics<br/><br/><br/>- gaining a deeper understanding of specific regions in the world and how they impact on world politics<br/><br/><br/>- learning about the (in)securities of our time and the future of peace and human rights<br/><br/><br/>• Sussex has one of only four dedicated International Relations departments in the UK. You’ll learn from leading International Relations scholars whose cutting-edge research informs their teaching. You’ll systematically study world politics through a critical theoretical foundation.<br/><br/><br/>At the same time, we have your employability in mind.
