Learning Support, Inclusive Practice and Wellbeing Bachelor of Arts (with Honours) - BA (Hons)

Whether you work as a Teaching Assistant, Early Years practitioner, learning support worker or in a similar role, your experience is at the heart of this degree. You will build on your existing knowledge and experience, engage with current research and new ideas, critically reflect on professional practice, and develop evidence-informed approaches that can enhance the way you work. Designed to fit around your working life, this blended learning degree lets you engage with online materials at times that work for you, alongside evening face-to-face sessions. Throughout your degree, you will have dedicated support from tutors who are experts in their fields and understand the challenges of combining study with professional life.

You will explore learning and development, inclusion, Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), neurodiversity, childhood and youth development, leadership and wellbeing, connecting your learning to real practice. Assessments allow you to explore your experience whilst connecting theory to practice. In your final year, you will be supported to complete a research project where you investigate a real question or challenge that matters to you and your practice and explore practical solutions.
