Video games blend creativity and technology - and behind every great game is a team of skilled computer scientists. At Kent, our BSc in Computer Science (Games Development) gives you the skills to design, build and optimise interactive worlds, from indie titles to AAA experiences.
You’ll start with the core foundations of computing, from programming and algorithms to systems design and reinforce your learning through hands-on development projects. You’ll gain a solid grounding in mathematics and software engineering, so even those without a maths A-level can quickly build the analytical and technical skills needed for game development.
