It is designed to appeal to students with excellent problem-solving abilities who enjoy debating and critiquing. Criminology is an interdisciplinary field that draws on sociology, anthropology, psychology and the law, and the course is designed to provide students with the opportunity to graduate well qualified for a diverse range of careers. Criminology is a well-established discipline at Lincoln. It combines science, social science and politics with specialist areas such as youth culture, human rights, resistance, penal policy and war crimes.
