The programme is a multidisciplinary degree that aims to develop students’ knowledge, understanding and practical skills in the key areas of physiology, biomechanics and psychology — so they can understand their impact on sports performance, physical activity and health. Students have access to specialist equipment, housed within the Human Performance Centre, enabling cutting edge research, assessment and training of health, physical fitness and technique.
