Developing Sustainable Enterprises (Community Sport)

Students on the programme will consider the challenges faced by those setting up and running a Community Sports Organisation. <br/><br/>Running a community sport organisation requires many focuses, including business management and finance experience, safeguarding, governance and a high level of organisational skills. Our programme will consider the role and objectives of sports organisations in the community, develop a plan for progression, increased participation and financial planning to include sustainable funding sources.<br/><br/>Our students are part of a community of students and staff where small group problem based learning enables them to gain the skills required to creatively solve the problems of the future. <br/><br/>We hope that our graduates will be a part of shaping the sustainable future of community sports organisations.
