The curriculum challenges your thinking, developing your specialist knowledge of people at work and how organisations manage their human capital. Engage with industry professionals through fieldwork, pitches, and guest lectures.<br/><br/>From day one, you’ll participate in real-world learning experiences through our Professional Practice Stream, working with mentors and tutors to build a portfolio for potential employers. In your final year, real-world practice modules, including a client project, will enhance your CV and prepare you for the professional world.
