We’ll cover employee wellbeing and resilience and explore new approaches for optimising organisational performance.
Throughout the course you’ll find there’s an emphasis on developing important transferable skills and knowledge. You’ll learn about the environment in which businesses operate, including the economic, technological, demographic, ethical, legal, political, socio-cultural and cross-cultural aspects. You’ll explore the world of business in general, the global business environment, financial management, digital business and marketing and employment law.

GCSE/National 4/National 5
5 GCSEs at grade D, or grade 3, or above including English and maths and evidence of two years post-GCSE study at Level 3. If you have achieved at least grade E in one A level, or equivalent, you are exempt from the two year post-GCSE study requirement, but you still have to meet the GCSE requirements. If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 5.5 ( Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification, as recognised by Anglia Ruskin University.
