Our Marketing Communications Management degree is designed to prepare you to be a great leader who can communicate effectively, not only to employees, colleagues and management but through campaigns and with customers.<br/><br/>At Bangor, you’ll learn about marketing management, planning and strategy and marketing communications whilst gaining creative, analytical, social and digital skills. From designing a website, creating content and setting up marketing analytics, to pitching solutions to businesses or evaluating marketing techniques, our range of modules and extracurricular activities are designed to enhance your employability.<br/><br/>You don’t just learn the latest theories about branding, consumer behaviour, innovation, marketing analysis, campaign management, creative and digital marketing, you put it into practice yourself and engage with others who do.<br/><br/>Highly qualified and experienced, our academics bring insight from the worlds of practice and research, grounding your knowledge in real world application. Our marketing expertise includes place branding, social media marketing, marketing by small and micro businesses, PR, and risky consumption, such as smoking and binge drinking. Whilst our management expertise covers strategic management, accounting and reporting, taxation, corporate communication, fiscal management, marketing, sustainability and human resource management.<br/><br/>A marketing communication management degree opens a wide range of career paths. You may choose to become a marketing communication specialist, brand ambassador, social media manager or follow a career in public relations, advertising or event planning. <br/><br/>‘Placement Year’ and International Experience Year’ options are available for this course. You will have the opportunity to fully consider these options when you have started your course at Bangor and can make an application for a transfer onto such a pathway at the appropriate time.
