Youll have the opportunity to gain this important industry qualification and graduate with the Gold standard (A-C) or standard diploma. Gaining this important industry qualification will increase employability and ensure you are ready for a fast-paced newsroom. The tuition and first sit exam fees are included in university fees. <br/><br/>The Broadcasting Journalism Training Council (BJTC) only accredits courses that offer the highest professional standards of journalism training in the UK. The industry respected accreditation will boost employability and ensure you leave with the skills that the broadcast industry requires. <br/><br/>The Professional Publishers Association (PPA) is the main publishing industry body which promotes companies involved in the production of media, supporting the creative economy at governmental level in the United Kingdom.<br/><br/>This course includes a foundation year option for students who do not meet the entry requirements for the degree course. This additional year of study will give you a grounding in the media & communication skills required for this course, building your confidence, knowledge and skills for further study. After successful completion of the foundation year, you will progress to the full degree.
