Sports & Exercise Therapy BSc (Hons)

**Gain the clinical knowledge and professional skills to assess, treat and manage sports injuries as a sports therapist.**<br/><br/>As part of this course youll:<br/>- Study a variety of sports science and therapeutic modules<br/><br/><br/>- Be able to register as a student member of The Society of Sports Therapists in your first year<br/><br/><br/>- Complete supervised placements to build up the working hours you’ll need to enable you to register as a sports therapist<br/><br/><br/>- Apply your theoretical knowledge in our rehabilitation science labs as you develop practical skills in sports massage and assessing and treating athletes <br/><br/><br/>- Have the opportunity to enhance your skills in our specialised sports and exercise therapy clinic <br/><br/><br/>- Join a research-led academic community in the subject area of therapeutic and rehabilitation sciences<br/><br/><br/>**Your community**<br/>Were passionate about sport. Placements can be in a range of settings that include local amateur and professional sporting environments.
