In addition, it is expected that you will gain vocational experience through part-time work as well as engage in independent research into the topic under investigation, an essential part of completing the programme. <br/><br/>On successful completion of the Higher National Certificate, you may progress on to a Higher National Diploma (equivalent to the second year of a degree). Following successful completion of the HND you may apply to University of your choice to complete a one year Honours Degree top up. This will require you meeting the entry requirements for top up set by the accepting University.
