Our MSc Finance degree provides you with an in-depth understanding of core financial concepts, theories and tools used in a wide variety of organisations worldwide. This course is designed for ambitious individuals who dont necessarily have a background in finance but can evidence a good level of quantitative ability<br/><br/>Throughout the course you will immerse yourself in financial mathematics, model building, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions. You will apply knowledge, tools and techniques to resolve issues in new and diverse situations within the finance disciplines, evaluate the rigour and validity of published research, and assess its relevance to the practice of finance.<br/><br/>In your third semester, you’ll choose an experiential project. With the opportunity to use your skills in a real-world setting, you can choose from completing a consultancy experience project or a business research project.<br/><br/><strong>What youll gain from this degree?</strong><br/><br/><br/>• Develop a critical understanding of the role of the finance discipline in a wider organisational context.
