AUP's main campus is located in Plymouth's Cultural Quarter. Spread across Tavistock Place, Charles Cross, Studio 11 and Studio 44, this is where all undergraduate & postgraduate teaching takes place.

Tavistock Place and Charles Cross are home to an exciting array of first-class facilities, a thriving creative hub of collaboration and innovation, thinking and making. A close-knit community where artists, designers and makers combine, and a place to explore and experiment with processes and materials, both contemporary and traditional. AUP's Students' Union, Library, Cinema and Refectory are also situated here. The Refectory is perfect for affordable meals, mid-morning coffee breaks and sociable study.

Just a short walk away is the postgraduate centre, Studios 11 & Studio 44. Being just 10 minutes from the beach, and seconds from shops & restaurants, there's never a dull moment on campus!

AUP recognises that the creative industry is an international market. That's why they work with partners around the world to improve your employment prospects and broaden your horizons. You'll get the chance to study abroad and to collaborate on exciting projects in Spain, Greece, China, India, Korea, the US and beyond.

You'll also be encouraged to experiment and challenge yourself on Workshop Wednesdays. Designed to supplement your learning and provide you with career-relevant skills, Workshop Wednesdays are a time for you to learn new crafts outside of your degree programme.

Situated right on campus is MIRROR, AUP's onsite gallery. This is the perfect place to find inspiration, meet like-minded people and check out the work of local and internationally-renowned artists. Plymouth is also home to a huge range of creative spaces. A community for artisans and independent businesses, Ocean Studios offer open workshops and collaborative spaces for you to perfect your craft and try something new.

Plymouth is as lively as it is creative. Alongside the fantastic art opportunities on offer, the city regularly hosts festivals, such as Alive at Argyle & Plymouth Summer Sessions, and sports games, in Plymouth Argyle F.C. & Plymouth Albion RFC. There are plenty of bars, pubs and clubs to spend your Friday nights, with some open until 6am!
