Successful completion of IB with a total of 33 points including 6, 6, 5 (French) in Higher Level subjects. If not offered at Higher Level then Standard Level grade 5 in Mathematics or GCSE Mathematics grade B/6.

Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016)

Successful completion of BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (1080 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) at Level 3) with overall grades D*DD. Normally A-level French grade B or AS-level French grade B or GCSE French grade B or evidence of linguistic ability ie GCSE grade B or equivalent in any other language. GCSE Mathematics grade B

Leaving Certificate - Higher Level (Ireland) (first awarded in 2017)

Higher level French grade H3 or Ordinary level grade 03. If Mathematics is not taken at the Higher Level - Ordinary Level grade 03 is required.
