Business & Management (Top-up) BA (Hons)

The BA Business and Management Top-Up course is designed to build on your prior learning and prepare you for a range of careers in the global creative industries. You will develop further your business, strategic, entrepreneurial, and analytical skills, to manage and lead, while, by gaining financial literacy, data analytic skills and insight into decision-making processes, you’ll be able to solve problems and make informed decisions in the business of the global creative industries.<br/><br/>You will also establish critical insight into creative organisations, their cultures, structures and management, and into the wider economic environments and social contexts, specific to the global creative industries.<br/><br/>By the end of your Business and Management Top-Up degree, you will be able to demonstrate skills and attributes for future employment, including communication, team building, leadership, and the ability to motivate others, as well as the ability to nurture equality, diversity, and inclusion – central to all work in the global creative industries.<br/><br/>Equivalent to the final year of an undergraduate degree, our BA (Hons) Business and Management (top-up) course at UCA Epsom enables you to build upon an existing qualification such as a foundation degree or an HND.
