From energy and electronics to communications and network engineering, you’ll be able to choose from leadership roles in a huge range of sectors. Spend a year working in industry to explore career options.<br/><br/>Combining theoretical and practical learning, you’ll discover how to design electrical circuits, develop communications systems and how power systems work. You’ll build creative, technical, analytical and decision-making skills. Study in our state-of-the-art building with a Design Centre and the Makerspace practical facility. Your industrial year will show you how to apply your knowledge, develop professional skills and build your networks.<br/><br/>In your final year, you’ll deepen your specialist knowledge with a project that can be linked to industry, with options ranging from electromagnetics to data mining, or renewable energy systems integration.
