Your studies will focus on areas such as mechanical design, systems engineering, analysis of materials and structures, and the theory and application of finite element analysis. We also aim to help you develop lifelong learning skills so that you can take ownership of your professional development for the future, maximising your potential for success.<br/><br/>The department provides a friendly yet challenging environment where the emphasis is on both the theories and principles of mechanical engineering and their application in a work context. Youll carry out case studies, practical and laboratory work and problem-solving projects.
